RenewMark exists because losing a trademark to a missed deadline is both catastrophic and completely preventable — and because the tools that claim to prevent it are mostly trying to sell you something else.
What we are
An independent monitoring service. We read the public USPTO record every day, compute your statutory maintenance deadlines, and warn you — early, repeatedly, and through more than one channel — before anything can go wrong. That’s the whole job, and we do it well.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and give no legal advice. We are not a filing service — we never touch your USPTO filing. We are not affiliated with the USPTO or any government body. And we are not one of the companies that mails you an alarming “renewal notice” demanding hundreds of dollars — in fact, we built a free tool to help you spot those.
How we make money
A simple subscription: $49/year per mark, $129/year for up to five. If you choose to use a filing service we recommend, we may earn a referral fee — and we’ll always disclose it and always show you the free, do-it-yourself path first. Our incentive is to keep you subscribed for years by being genuinely useful, not to upsell you a filing.
